This example shows how the c..r function works if the argument is a quoted List.

 

Details

(cadr '(A B C)) Returns: B

Is Equivalent to

(car (cdr ?(A B C ) ) ) Returns: B

Notes and Hints

When a quoted list appears as an argument, all of the elements in the list are also quoted

(cadr '(A B C))

Is equivalent to

(cadr ?(?A ?B ?C))
