Description

This example show how both the compile and the makeLambda functions create an Lambda.

 

Details

An Lambda to execute the following Lisp script:

(lambda (n) #void) Returns: #<Lambda 123456>

The same result can be obtained by the following Lisp expression:

(compile '(lambda (n) #void)) Returns: #<Lambda 123456>

Notes and Hints

Normal Analytic Information Server strings are passed to lisp, whose output is passed to compile. This allows the use of alternate language parsers, and alternate macro preprocessors with the Analytic Information Server optimizing compiler.
