Overview

The globalBinding function returns the first global symbol bound to the specified value. If there is no global symbol bound to this value, #void is returned.

Usage

The globalBinding function serves as a way to get the symbol that corresponds to a value.

 

Syntax

Expression: (globalBinding value)

Arguments Name Type Description
Argument:valueInteger Text String A value whose global symbol is to be returned.

Returns:

Returns an object vector containing currently active symbols in the workspace.
