The isSymbol Function returns true if the argument {obj} is a Symbol;
otherwise, false is returned.
Usage The isSymbol function is used to query an object to see if it is of type
Symbol. An alternate method would be to use the isType function using the Type
argument as type Symbol.
(isSymbol obj) If the object is type Symbol, true is returned.
Otherwise false is returned
