The list function creates a List from its arguments and returns the List.
A period before the final argument sets the cdr of the list.
Usage The list function is used to create a List from a collection of objects.
(list obj1 ... objn) (list obj1 ... objn . cdrValue) A List (a collection of pairs chained together).
