The isByteVector function returns true if the argument {obj}
is a Byte Vector; otherwise, false is returned.
Usage The isByteVector function is a Boolean function that determines if an object
is a Byte Vector.
(isByteVector obj ) Returns true if the object is a Byte Vector, otherwise false is returned.
