The varp function computes the variance of a population based on the values of the
entire population specified in the argument list. Variance measures the spread or
variation of values from the mean. Usage The varp function is useful for determining if , and determining how much,
the variance of a population based on the values of the entire population specified in
the argument list. To analyze a sample set of values, see the var function.
